  • Is my order trackable?
    Yes, most orders are trackable. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or through your account on our website. This tracking number allows you to monitor the status and location of your parcel as it makes its way to you. Domestic customer can track your parcel via Auspost.
  • Which payment method is accepted ?
    We currently connected with Paypal also Stripe , so credit/debit cards is also welcome to use.
  • How long will it take for my parcel to arrive if my address is overseas?
